Hej! I’m Marius.

“Ambitious. Capable. Performing well. And somewhere inside, not quite yourself."

You’ve done everything right. A good education, good job, good life on paper. But somewhere along the way, the gap between what you’re doing and who you actually are started to feel bigger.

That gap doesn't close by working harder, optimising more, or finding better habits. It closes by understanding yourself clearly enough to make choices that are genuinely yours.

That's the work.

I believe you don't need more discipline. You need a deeper connection between what you do every day and what you actually value. I believe work and life are not opposites to be balanced, but one picture to be integrated. And I believe you have less time than you think to figure this out, because the longer fine feels normal, the harder it becomes to imagine something better.

We live in a world with more options, more noise, and more pressure than any previous generation has faced. Most people are expected to navigate all of it alone. A coach isn't a sign that something is wrong. It's a compass for the open water. A thinking partner who can see what you can't when you're too close to your own actions.

From my TEDxTalk on “Why not to do an internship this summer” at TEDxSSE, where I was the first-ever first-year bachelor’s student to be chosen as student speaker alongside five high-profile speakers. See the full talk on youtube: “On why not to do an internship this summer”

Here’s my story.

I know what it feels like to be on the right path and feel completely wrong inside it.

In my first year of business school, I burnt out. Not from laziness, but from chasing a direction that didn't fit who I was. So I stopped. Took a gap year. Got a design degree. Became a certified personal trainer. And somewhere along the way, I had my first experience of coaching as a client. It changed the way I understood myself.

Today I'm an ICF-trained life coach based in Stockholm. With a background spanning psychology, design, and personal training, I bring a perspective that goes beyond talk — because clarity isn't just mental. It lives in your habits, your energy, and your daily choices, too.

I help young professionals reconnect with who they are, what they value, and where they're actually heading; not just where they're expected to go.

My coaching philosophy.

I used to think growth meant doing more. Achieving more. Becoming more of what others expected.

Burnout taught me otherwise.

My coaching is built on one simple idea: you don't need to choose between ambition and authenticity. Real growth isn't about pushing harder; it's about understanding yourself deeply enough to move in the right direction.

Through our work together, we explore what drives you beneath the surface, your beliefs, values, and the stories you've been living by, so you can make choices that align with who you are, not just what's expected of you.

I also believe the mind and body are inseparable. Energy, habits, and physical well-being aren't separate from clarity and purpose. They're part of the same picture. That's why my approach looks at the whole person, not just the professional one.

This is not about quick fixes or performance hacks. It's about integration and creating a life and career that actually feels like you.

My framework

Most coaching gives you a map. I don't believe in maps.

I call my approach the Archipelago Framework. You're not navigating a straight line; you're moving through open water, from island to island, in a sea that is uniquely yours. Some islands are values you've confirmed are genuinely yours. Some are decisions waiting to be made. Some are territories you haven't explored yet.

What guides you through all of it isn't someone else's directions. It's an internal compass we build together: your values, your patterns, your honest sense of direction.

You don't need to know where you're going before we start. You just need to be willing to look at where you actually are.

Frequently Asked Questions

Still have questions? Take a look at the FAQ or reach out anytime. If you’re feeling ready, go ahead and apply.

  • Sessions are conversations — but structured, purposeful ones. I ask questions most people never get asked, and create space for you to think clearly without the noise of everyday life. No lectures, no advice-giving. Just the kind of reflection that leads to real clarity. Sessions can be in-person in Stockholm or online, wherever works best for you.

I offer both online and in-person coaching, depending on your preference. During the 45-60 min call, we start by exploring the goal for today´s session. Whether you have an issue already or just notice a frustration, we take it from there. The rest of the call, we spend doing different exercises, helping you gain perspective, mapping out possibilities, or exploring different scenarios.

  • Young professionals in their 20s and 30s who are ambitious and capable, but somewhere along the way started feeling like they're running on autopilot. Maybe you're successful by every external measure, but something feels off. That's exactly where we start.

Most of my clients are young professionals struggling to find meaning in their jobs, are unsure about where they want to take their careers, or have trouble integrating their lifestyle with their professions.

  • #1 Psychology + coaching combined

My background means I work at a deeper level, helping you understand why patterns exist, not just set goals. This helps you learn why you operate the way you do and create effective strategies to reach all your goals.

#2 I understand high performance from multiple angles.

Most life coaches come from one world. I have been in business school, design, fitness coaching, facilitation, and keynote speaking. That gives me a rare ability to understand you, who are juggling identity, ambition, and physical and mental energy.

#3 I work at the intersection of ambition and identity

My philosophy is that you don't need to choose between ambition and authenticity. While most coaches focus on strategy and what to do next, I focus on who you are while doing it and who you are becoming. That's different.

  • I offer a one-off session at 2000 SEK. Before a session, new clients can book a discovery call for free to try out the service to see whether it is a good fit.

It is also possible to do a program with multiple sessions over time.

  • Yes. Alongside life and career coaching, I offer lifestyle coaching for people who want to work on energy, habits, and physical wellbeing as part of living a more balanced and intentional life. My background as a certified personal trainer means I bring a practical, body-aware perspective that most coaches don't have.
