WHO AM I?

WHO AM I?

Booknerd. Fitness enthusiast. Coffee connoisseur. Morning person. Fika lover.

I see myself as a lifelong learner, led by curiosity and a deep desire to understand both people and the world around me. In a society where being authentic can sometimes feel like rebellion, I find joy in embracing my full, slightly chaotic self and living life with energy and intention.

I’m always exploring, stretching my limits, and saying yes to new experiences.

My journey into coaching began with Linda — my first coach — who showed me the power of being truly heard, and of listening inward. That experience changed everything for me. It’s a gift I now want to share with others.

The turning point

In my first year at the Stockholm School of Economics, I burnt out. Not from laziness, but the opposite. Juggling university, work, social life, and sport became too much. And underneath all of it was something I hadn't admitted to myself yet. I was chasing a direction that didn't fit who I was.

To this day, I'm still learning from that experience. But what it taught me most was this: growing and succeeding doesn't require sleepless nights, constant anxiety, and running on empty. That's not ambition. That's drift with a good excuse.

So I took what I now call a year for curiosity. A kind of gap year with purpose. I went to Hyper Island and studied design. I got certified as a personal trainer. I started moving differently, thinking differently, paying attention to things I'd been ignoring. And somewhere in the middle of all of that, I met Linda, my first coach.

That experience changed everything. For the first time, I felt completely listened to. Not advised, not pointed toward an answer someone else had already decided was right for me. Just fully heard. From that place, something opened up. I could explore parts of my identity and emotions I hadn't let myself look at before. Try things out, play with different versions of what I wanted, and think out loud without it being a final decision. It was the first time I had ever reflected on what I actually wanted without doing it alone. The questions Linda asked took me to places I hadn't known I needed to go.

That experience didn't give me a roadmap. It gave me something better. The ability to find my own.

What I do now

Today, I'm a certified coach through Coach Companion, a facilitator of wellbeing, communication, and leadership courses at Europass Teacher Academy, and a fitness instructor teaching Lagree, HIIT, and mindfulness. I also work in brand activation, and I'm still very much in the process of building, which meansI understand exactly what it feels like to be navigating multiple directions at once while trying to figure out which ones are actually yours.

I don't come from one world. I never have. And I've stopped apologising for that.

Because what I've found, in my own life and in the work I do with clients, is that the most important questions don't fit neatly into one discipline. Who you are, what you want, how you feel, and what your values actually are beneath the ones you've been performing. These things are connected. Working on one without the others is why most change doesn't stick.

That's what cross-discipline coaching means to me.

How I work

I use the archipelago as both a metaphor and a framework for the work we do together. You're not navigating a straight line. You're moving through open water, from island to island, building your personal chart as you go. Some islands are values you've confirmed are genuinely yours. Some are decisions waiting to be made. Some are territories you haven't explored yet.

What guides you through all of it isn't a map someone else made. It's an internal compass, your values, your patterns, your honest sense of direction. That's what we build together.

It's not about knowing what to do at every point. It's about building the inner trust to take the next step, even when you can't see the full picture. Making sure you're sailing your own ship, not someone else's.

What I believe

Inspired by the work of thinkers like Brené Brown and Adam Grant, I work at the intersection of identity, ambition, and well-being. My mission is to help young professionals find more clarity, courage, and playfulness in how they live and work, moving beyond fine toward something that actually feels like them.

At the core, it's servant leadership with a smile and a license to ask the hard questions.

Some of my favourite books are Dare to Lead, Think Again, and Start With Why. My favourite meal is breakfast, closely followed by fika. I eat a cookie almost every day. Not just as a sweet treat, but as a ritual. A small pause to disconnect from the rush and reconnect with the present.

That, in a way, is also what coaching is.
