WHO AM I?

WHO AM I?

Booknerd. Fitness enthusiast. Coffee connoisseur. Morning person. Fika lover.

I see myself as a lifelong learner, led by curiosity and a deep desire to understand both people and the world around me. In a society where being authentic can sometimes feel like rebellion, I find joy in embracing my full, slightly chaotic self and living life with energy and intention.

I’m always exploring, stretching my limits, and saying yes to new experiences.

My journey into coaching began with Linda — my first coach — who showed me the power of being truly heard, and of listening inward. That experience changed everything for me. It’s a gift I now want to share with others.

Juggling university, work, social interaction, and sports became too much for me. To this day, I am still in the process of recovering and learning from that burnout.

I learned then that growing and succeeding can happen without sleepless night, constant anxiety, and little energy.

Taking “a year for curiosity” (a kind of gap year or hiatus if you will) was the best thing I could have done. Letting myself explore and build more parts of my identify, helped me diversify myself - maybe too much. Having been at both ends of the spectrum, I today help young professionals on this journey.

Inspired by the work of Brené Brown, I help young professionals in discovering or revisiting their core values:

In my use of transformational coaching, I take my clients trough a framework of identity beyond performance, discovering what is behind the facade.

Frequently using the compass and the sea as an analogy, together with my clients, we create ways to navigate the uncertainty and chaos.

It is about letting go of the idea of a certain map and embracing the uncertainty that one can only navigate with a set of values, the inner compass, and the north star, the purpose.

It is not about knowing what to do at every point. It is about creating an inner framework and trust

Having the ability to trust the gut, taking one step at a time, even when you do not see the full picture. Not letting your dreams wait. Making sure you are on your ship, not sailing someone else´s ship.

Two marathon runners, one in a black cap and shirt, the other in a white tank top and sunglasses, proudly hold their finisher medals in their mouths. They have race bibs on with "Stockholm Halvmarathon" visible. A crowd of participants is in the background.

Some of my favorite books are Dare to Lead, Think Again, and Start With Why. I’m also a frequent listener of Brené Brown’s Unlocking Us podcast. My favorite meal of the day? Breakfast. Closely followed by fika. Speaking of fika — I eat a cookie almost every day.

It’s not just a sweet treat, it’s a ritual. A small pause to disconnect from the rush and reconnect with the present.

I discovered my core values of courage as a choice and how being vulnerable is the birthplace of all the good things in life

My mission is to help other young professionals find more playfulness, joy, and courage in their lives, working toward the vision of being their most authentic themselves

At core, it´s servant leadership. With a smile and a license to ask the hard questions.
