WHO AM I?

WHO AM I?

Booknerd. Fitness enthusiast. Coffee connoisseur. Morning person. Fika lover.

I see myself as a lifelong learner, led by curiosity and a deep desire to understand both people and the world around me. In a society where being authentic can sometimes feel like rebellion, I find joy in embracing my full, slightly chaotic self and living life with energy and intention.

I’m always exploring, stretching my limits, and saying yes to new experiences.

My journey into coaching began with Linda — my first coach — who showed me the power of being truly heard, and of listening inward. That experience changed everything for me. It’s a gift I now want to share with others.

A group project week in Germany with students from across Europe sparked something unexpected in me: a love for leading and facilitating. That experience led me to create a workshop on intentional smartphone use among young people, followed by a one-day workshop on how to study smarter, not harder. Watching students juggle school, sports, jobs, and everything in between inspired me to dive deeper into learning itself.

I wanted to share what I’d learned — tools, habits, and hacks that make the art of learning feel less overwhelming, and more empowering.

Inspired by the work of Brené Brown, I discovered two of my core values: that courage is a choice, and vulnerability is where the good stuff begins. Even when stepping into the arena feels scary, I’ve learned that it’s worth it every time.

My “why” for teaching fitness classes comes from the same place—connection. Music, movement, and sweat have a unique way of bringing people together. Fitness can be fun, intentional, and powerful. It doesn’t have to be dreadful or hard to be effective. Moving your body can be a joy. A way to push limits, feel strong, and remind yourself that you’re capable of more than you think. It’s that ‘type-B’ kind of fun.

Some of my favorite books are Dare to Lead, Think Again, and Start With Why. I’m also a frequent listener of Brené Brown’s Unlocking Us podcast. My favorite meal of the day? Breakfast. Closely followed by fika. Speaking of fika — I eat a cookie almost every day.

It’s not just a sweet treat, it’s a ritual. A small pause to disconnect from the rush and reconnect with the present.

I discovered my core values of courage as a choice and how being vulnerable is the birthplace of all the good things in life

When it comes to music, you’ll usually find me vibing to pop, R&B, or light techno — think Calvin Harris, Swedish House Mafia, and David Guetta. Feel free to check out my Spotify playlists (linked below).

My mission is to help other young professionals find more playfulness, joy, and courage in their lives, working toward the vision of being their most authentic themselves

At core, it´s servant leadership. With a smile and a license to ask the hard questions.
